  8. #cuckoografik Good job to all the students from the Tweet Pals 2 class! A few suggestions…

@catherinebourg “The school is over” should be written “School is over”. In this instance you don’t need to put “the”.

@ChristopheVoiD “spring is coming, the snow dissapear and leaves for the new shiny grass.” Spring should be capitalised because it starts the sentence. And with the verb “leave” in this instance, I would use the expression “leave room for” instead. Also, the expressions “shiny new” is more commonly used than “new shiny”. So your tweet could be written something like this: “Spring is coming, the snow disappears and leaves room for the shiny new grass.” Continue your tweeting! I’m looking forward to seeing “shiny new grass”!

@MarianneGre “Through the winter wind Some let their colourful marks Will I colour mine”. Nice tweet! There is a little confusion in the meaning though? Is this what you meant to say? “Through the winter wind / Some leave their colourful marks (Il y en a qui laissent leurs traces?) / Will I colour mine?”. (What will you colour?) Perhaps try rewriting this so it is a little clearer? Keep tweeting!

@OliBossut “droping winter coat, changing for a soft green suit, bright colorfull time!” I like this tweet! Just a few corrections. Should be: “Dropping my winter coat, changing it for a soft green suit, bright colorful time!” (Capitalise the first word, “Droping” should be “Dropping”, add “my” to coat, “changing it” refers to the coat, and “colourful” takes one “l”. Continue your tweeting!

@Keelxoxo Nice tweet! “Cold morning of winter are behind, hot sun of summer are coming.” You need to correct your verb tenses. You can say: “Cold winter mornings are behind us, the hot sun of summer is coming.” Mornings (plural) = are, sun (singular) = is. Keep tweeting!

  9. #lasophiale @audreebadkid "The birds twitt, And the flowers dance, When the snow melt." should be "The birds tweet, And the flowers dance, when the snow melts."
